🌞Calling all Cascades at Northlake residents! Treat your child this summer to a clean, polished protective style created with care, patience, and attention to detail this summer! 🌞 At DeCastro Design Lab, we specialize in neat, age-appropriate children's natural hair braiding for children ages 4 and up. For the best experience, children should be able to sit calmly for the majority of their appointment. Children under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult at ALL times. We look forward to serving you, - deCastro Design Lab 🤍 ✨ SUMMER SPECIAL: • Children's natural hair cornrow styles starting at just $40!!!! • Additional styles, hair extensions and braid accessories available are for an additional fee 💇🏻♂️💇🏾♀️ HAIR PREPARATION: ✔ Hair must be at least 3-4 inches long, If you are unsure, please send a photo of your child's hair BEFORE booking. (Zoom consultations are available AFTER booking) ✔ Hair must arrive freshly washed and thoroughly blow-dried straight ✔ Please, 🚫 do not apply oils, creams, gels, or other styling products before the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
💳 PAYMENTS: ✔ $10 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. ✔ Remaining balance must be paid after service with Cash or Zelle ⚠️ Not accepted for remaining balance : Apple Pay or Cash App ⏱️ LATE POLICY: 20 minutes late → Appointment WILL BE canceled. (Please contact stylist to communicate in advance) ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY: ✔ No same-day cancellations. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. ✔NO- SHOWS and Same-day cancellations will be charged for 50% of your service price. 📆Rescheduling: ✔ Must be done at least 48 hours in advance ✔ After 48 hours, the deposit from your initial booking is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book a new appointment.
